Contents Of Bunker Delivery Note (BDN)

The BDN must contain:
a. Name and IMO number of receiving ship.
b. Port of bunkering
c. Date of commencement of delivery
d. Product name and Grade
e. Name, address and telephone number of supplier
f. Quantity of fuel supplied in metric tones
g. Density at 15 degree Celcius
h. Sulphur content
i. Declaration certified and signed by supplier’s representative that
   the fuel is in accordance with regulation 14(1) or 4(a) & 18(1) of
   Annex VI
